Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our sales and marketing teams, as well as engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, driving revenue growth for the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the fintech or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and emerging technologies is a plus.
